New Character Idea - Pied Piper or eclectic musician

He has 4 different musical instruments. Flute, violin, guitar, and drums. The flute creates a gust of wind the notes ride on. Although the notes move slow, in an outward direction, they can be avoided if maneuvered around. This tactic will slow down pursuers. The violin creates a musical note cloud that surrounds the caster at first, and then stays static, but enemy cannot see into/through. The guitar creates musical notes that electrify the air zapping the enemy. And the drums can be the ult that creates shockwaves around the character; killing wards, detecting enemies, and serious dmg. Doesn't have to be these instruments or abilities, but I think musical notes is something we can all relate to. Whether the guy is a metal band rocker, 80s hair metal, Beethoven, or a giant pig that loves to sing. Let me know what you think the abilities should be.
