I think piltover singed would be so dope. His q would leave smoke in their faces like he was burning rubber in their grill. His w would be oil. The E ability would make him turn into a car and hit them and flip them over. His ultimate, He would turn into a dragster and pop wheelies and do what blitzcranks w does(he burns rubber) and he does skids. I think this would be some dope skin. id buy it anyday
