3-D Champion Models

I know it sounds crazy, but I'm trying to get a hold of all the position models of "Final Boss Veigar" (Download them) In other words, each frame/animation that veigar goes through when he takes a step, attacks, ect; preferably in FBX format. I don't know if it's even possible, or if it's legal, but if anyone has any information for me please reply.
