Vin The Soulless Bounty Hunter This is inspired by the Star Wars character Boba Fett. He is a very squishy beginner but if put ahead can dominate easily. Has a blaster that resembles a blaster from space. He seems dead but can surprise you easily. Very cocky like draven but more serious. Base design almost looks like mecha Aatrox. A cross between IG-88 (if you dont know who he is then look him up) and Boba fett

Lore: Vin is a robotic bounty hunter that is paid by infamous and powerful beings around valoran. He has a list that goes on longer than the amount of stars in the world. Vin is a tall and stealthy but slow champion. But when he is hired to kill Veigar, Teemo, and many other yordles he is astonished when he cannot find them until he crosses paths with the League of Legends. He then joins to complete his bounty.

Stats Health: 560 (40 per level) Attack Damage 60 (6 per level) Attack Speed .68 (3%per level) Health Regen: 5 (.50 per level) Armor 20: (2 per level) Magic Resist 30 (2 per level)

Abilities: PASSIVE “Void Surprise” Every two minutes Vin gets a Void grenade which can be placed in bushes and when stepped over they are pulled towards it (like an upgraded viktor w) and deals (.5 of ap) magic damage. Lasts only 1 minute and 30 seconds. Q: “Frosty Glade” A slowing projectile shot from Vin’s arm. Costing 60 mana. Dealing 20/30/40/50/60 + .5/1.5/2/2.5% of targets max health in magic damage. Passive: Vin gains back 2/4/5/10 mana if he kills his target W “Hasten” A toggle to increase Vin’s movement by 20% and making all auto attacks have 2/4/8/10 increased critical damage. And his autoattacks do a burst (like a quin) 20 Mana Per Second. E “Insulate Screen” Vin and 1 other teammate gain a temporary shield that lasts for 5 seconds that buffs 6/10/14/20 Armor and Magic Resist and absorbs 80/100/140/250 damage. R” Terminate” Vin gains vision of 2000 units and has 100% movement speed boost in bushes. Passive: Vin’s auto attacks create a stack of “metal” on his enemy. METAL: at 5 stacks target is slowed by 5% HIDDEN PASSIVE: When going against any yordle vin deals 1% of his ad as ap as extra damage.

I voted he may need improvement just because his vision on his passive and ultimate seem a little much, especially since you have a 20 second window where, theoretically, an entire lane is warded without having to buy or place a single ward at level 1. His W also seems like a little much, while his q is a little small. Maybe give q a base damage like 20/30/40/50/60 + .5/1/1.5/2/2.5% of target's max health, for late game purposes, and take his w down to a 20% MS buff with his AAs doing 10% extra damage? Also, the ultimate could give vision over an area, maybe 1500 or 2000 units? They're all just rough estimates, but it's great to see ideas like this!
