Hand-Me-Down Skins?

Just had the idea while speaking with customer support about how convenient a system which allows you to give away skins you already own to another account would be (non-returnable of course). I think it'd make a nice addition to what can be done with skins. There are some obvious pro's and con's to both sides, but I just wanted to throw the idea out there to see what kind of pro's and con's you all could think of. I'll list some of my own here.

**Pro's: ** Lets you do something with skins you don't use or like Could stand as a nice opportunity for giveaways for content creators

Con's: Selling skins on third party websites 'Stealing' skins (could be countered with a 7-day cancellation option though)

After writing this, the Con's seem pretty hefty in comparison to the Pro's, but I'd like to see what everyone else can come up with.
