visual update and skins for non main stream champs?

Dear Riot,

you should do visual updates and new skins for champions that look like clayface children with Dorito feet a.k.a Taric (p.s. he doesn't have any backing animations for none of his skins and 99% of champions even yordles are bigger than him). Like Zac and Lucian could use a new skin, just saying man. Don't wanna tell you how to do your job because your better at it then me but come on they need love too :(
