OK everyone knows about sailor moon lux right? well here's a pitch. SAILOR MUNDO the sexiest friendship wielding body building monstrosity to grace the presence of runeterra. Heres some changes to his particles; change his effects for the axe throw into a magic wand power throw. when he taunts with lux they do a special dance with a magical girl song. WE NEED THIS JUST TRUST ME ON IT.
