Noobish Question about Skins & Bundles

Pretty basic: if a skin is included in a bundle, does that impact its likelihood of going on sale individually?

Specifically right now, I have been waiting for the Urf Nami-tee skin to go on sale and it has been due "any time now." It's included in a bundle this weekend with a bunch of skins I don't want. Is it still due for an individual sale, or does inclusion in the bundle count as its "sale" meaning I likely won't see it at a discount until many months from now?

I couldn't really figure out a good way to search for this, so apologies if this is something I should've been easily answer for myself.
