Ziggs Visual Update?
If i'm right 
never had any kind of visual updates , if i'm right riot is working on a yordle update so this could be a good chance but it's only my opinion and i might be wrong.

I never knew they were working on a yordle update.
As for Ziggs, I don't think his kit needs much but maybe a change on w since it's pretty unreliable in battle. VG-wise his model fits his character but maybe some smoother animations. One thing that I would love to see updated is the 2-pixel explosion on his r. God, it looks like a 2-year-old scribbled with black orange and red.
