Zebula - The Neon Flare

Just a new champ concept, my first one ever so I hope it's not terrible ;) *Zebula is a ranged mage

PASSIVE: **Neon Flare ** After 6 spell casts, Zebula's next Flame Burst or auto attack unleashes a huge burst of fire around the target, dealing an initial amount of magic damage (50/70/90/110/130)(+30% AP) to and around the target, then leaving a zone that lasts 3 seconds, burning any enemies who walk in the area for (10/15/20/25/30)(+7% AP) in magic damage over a total of 2.5 seconds.

Q: Flame Burst (50/60/70/80/80) Mana) Zebula shoots out a burst of neon fire in a target direction. On contact with an enemy, Flame Burst deals an initial (80/100/130/170/220)(+40% Ap) to the first enemy hit, then deals (40/60/90/120/150)(+25% AP) to all enemies behind the target in a cone.

W: Flaming Orbit (70/80/90/100/100 Mana) Zebula starts charging up a huge fireball that gradually grows over a duration of 2.5 seconds. While charging the fireball up, Zebula is slowed by 25% and cannot cast any other abilities or auto attack. Once the ability reaches its max duration or is reactivated, the huge fireball starts orbiting around Zebula, gradually increasing its orbit range up to its max distance, where it dies out. Depending on the duration of the charge up affects the damage, range, and size of the fireball. The damage of the fireball increases (20/40/60/80/100)(+10% AP) for every 0.5 seconds (range and size also increase at the same rate) of charge up. The fireball's base damage also goes up by level (70/90/120/150/180)(+15% AP).

E: Inferno (90/80/70/60/50 Mana) Zebula turns into a brightly colored neon flame and darts in a target direction, dealing (50/60/70/80/90)(+12% AP) magic damage and burning all targets hit for (8/16/24/32/40)(+7% AP) magic damage for 2 seconds (burn does not stack with Neon Flare).

R: Blazing Sun (90/100/110/120/130 Mana) Zebula ascends, becoming unable to cast any other abilities, auto attack, or move. At a massive range, Zebula commands a solar flare that lasers down on a medium-sized target location, annihilating everything in its circumference, dealing (80/150/220)(+30% AP) magic damage per second over a length of 3 seconds. If Zebula is interrupted or cancels the cast, the solar flare cancels as well.

So far I have no lore for Zebula, and most likely I'll never create it, but I hope you give some thought to the whole concept :)
