Would it be possible before going next next to live servers updating the new renektoy skin I just think it could have more potential like pug maw with particle effects on every ability for 975 please I hope this happens.

I'm kind of interested to know what sort of particles you'd feel were appropriate -- the skin fantasy (that of being a toy) doesn't seem to lend itself particularly well to interesting particle effects.
Then again, I'm not a huge fan of the Kog'Maw skin or the Renekton skin in general. Something about them just doesn't fit in with even the other oddball skins to me.

It's a 750 skin. Those don't get particles.
Barring what Adobe Ghost said, the Renektoy skin is supposed to be an action figure-type skin, and action figures don't generally spit stuff out, not to mention Renekton doesn't have many particles in the first place.
