Can we get a new Talon skin???

So i had seen this picture a long time ago and the concept looks amazing and hopes something like this comes to be real and have been wondering if Talon will ever get another high quality skin. I was hoping the next legendary would have went to him but it went to Thresh (which is super cool). I just hope that sometime this year a cool new skin will come out for him and many people want a new one anyways. I know there are many other champs that have not had a new skin and have been waiting longer than Talon but with the Assassin rework coming up it begs the question will all new assassin skins will be paused or held back until after the rework?

Thanks for any responses and please if you could can you release any info about assassin skins being paused until after the rework its killing me not knowing if i have to wait until the end of the year.
