New Character Weapon Skill Idea

I don't have any sketches or anything, but really general, i think it would be neat to have a character with dual whips as a weapon. They could be like chains with bladed ends that the character whips around and for some ability ideas could wrap in like a stun or spin around with the weapons extended or something fun like that.
