HELP ME GET THIS IDEA TO RIOT!

I'm a level 7 main and I have a pretty good idea for a skin for him so I need help in getting riot to see it

I've read Jhin's lore, played jhin religiously since the day he came out, ad heard just about every single Jhin quote and I think Death Blossom Jhin would be an amazing skin for him. It fits his lore so well being a perfectionist, an artistic genius and the death blossom skin line would really fit his persona. I genuinely think it would be a great idea and I hope the boards can help me to get riot to recognize my idea.
