I think Annie needs a friend

Annie has Tibbers to keep her warm, but what if she had someone a little more human but just as demented? I'd love to see a young male character with a similar story to Annie's but with ice magic to help him through the Rift. I picture him looking something like the Nintendo character Lucas except much darker and psychotic. Anyone have champion concepts or kit ideas?
