Animated Skin Previews?

Why doesn't Riot make Skin Previews for all the Skins just like channels such as SkinSpotlights create for people interested in them. It could be laid out just like the ability previews on every champion. I think SkinSpotlights wouldn't have a problem because they are usually getting their views from new skins that are only out on the PBE and such.
