A cool idea for a new adc ult?

So I just had this idea, not sure if it's good or not. But when you ult it reduces your missile speed my 60% or so until you first aa land then it switches back to normal missile speed it would also give you bonus attack speed an maybe like some ad or crit chance. Not sure if that would be good or not it would have some serious counter play via braum and yasuo but I think it would be a sweet mechanic and very unique.

What would be the purpose of nerfing yourself that way, aside from the visual? I'm not sure an auto-attack steroid requires counterplay, especially since that counterplay is limited to Braum and Vasuo, and maybe champs with invincibility moves.

In general, I'd avoid vanilla steroids as ADC ultimates. They tend to feel rather boring (see Sivir, and Twitch, who is only saved by the penetration he gets).
