GODFISH FIZZ

so fizz is a gold fish right now his abilities: Q- he charges through an enemy like normal W- he leaves some gold fish around the character for the bleed E-(this is my favorite) he tilts upside down and splashes down with a bunch of gold fish R- he throws out the gold fish circle that surrounds character, then the "fish" is the gold fish carton and it just plays the motto of gold fish "The snack that smiles back, gold fish" when he throws it out instead of "feeding time" now the rioters probably need gold fishes consent to do this but its a pretty cool idea
