Felix is a now man who grew up in the Bilgewater slums to over come it and achieve greatness, through what seemed to be pure luck he happened to get smuggled out of Bilgewater with his parents all the way to Piltover where he exceled at learning and playing. He seems to be liked by everyone and has the innate ability to always get what he wants..

Passive- The Lucky One: Felixs spells have the ability to critically strike at all times without building any special items 10/15/20/25/30/35/40% spell crit chance. Although when he crits on a spell any other effect it has such as slows are taken away.

Q Lucky Slash: Felix winds up a whip like attack for .125 seconds and slashes it 720 range (aimed like viktors e) to deal 80/100/120/140/160 + 35% ap and a 30% slow for 1 second CD 10/9/8/7/6

W Fortunes favorite: Felix becomes immune to the next spell or attack for 5 seconds and if he is attacked, the shield then wears off, but if he is attacked Felix can shoot a skill shot of 650 range to deal the same damage he would have taken x by 70/80/90/100/110% as magic damage and this can crit. CD 15/14/13/12/11

E Lucky shot!: Felix can toss up to 2/3/4/5/6 balls of magic into the air to descend and explode. he generates one every 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 seconds and each one deals 30/40/50/60/70 +15% ap aoe explosion aoe 200 units, descend time is .1 seconds , and if you're hit by 3 you're stunned for 1.5 seconds but you can't take damage from anymore. Range 1000 can be used while casting, after activiating you have a 10 second window to use as many charges as possible. CD 22/20/18/16/14

R Destiny's course: Passive, 10 seconds after using this spell your next spell is guaranteed to critically strike.

Active Felix will leave any cc he his put into and have 50% tenacity for 5 seconds after while having 20% increased mana and hp regen while gaining 20/30/40 MR and Armor. CD 120/100/80

With Felix's base damages, and scaling not being super high its recommended he is played as an ap bruiser, because he has the potential to to massive damage with his spell crits. He is sort of a poking ap bruiser with his ult and e being able to be cast while moving. and his R making catching him very hard without mobility

I honestly am open to ideas I know this kit dosen't add a lot of special stuff but I think there should be some mages that benefit from some rng and stuff all comments and ideas are welcome!

Sounds fun, the crit mechanic really gets me and it's cool, nice work :)
