Champion Concept - Isaura: The post-healer soulthister/ the cannibal trapped in a healer's body

"She was purity; she was the feel of watching storms from the inside of a warm, safe home; she was the first face you saw after being on the verge of dieing in a battle, but most crucial, she was Isaura, my little sister, and still is, but not in this body." - Varus

Born with the healing gifted power and raised with good principles, Isaura became one of the best healers in Ionia. She learned to use electricty and air in order to save lives or protect and eventually learned to outsmart everyone in battle with a skill that made her body invincible. Following her role model and brother, Varus, she ocasionally participated in battles, for as long as he was by her side. When she turned nineteen and her brother was out of the city, Noxians invaded their country and chased her until they lost the glowing trace she left behind while having her ability of incibility activated.

She travelled to Zaun in hope she'll meet Varus , as she thought he was gone there for a mission, but he returned home and found his family dead and Isaura missing. Back to her, she started to draw attention with her glowing body, and one night she was captured and put into a laboratory. The last thing she remembers is the feeling of niddles piercing into her skin and constant despair from different growling voices that wanted to take her soul away.

Three weeks later, after some transplants and mutations, Isaura wasn't herself anymore. The man- or creature who did this to her wanted to possess the same ability as her, and although coverting it showed no results, by replacing their souls only made the ability that glowed vanish.

He is stuck now in her body and takes advantage of the speed and electricity control she had, but her healing spells arent as worhty, for he uses them only on himself. Making a deal with the undead from The Shadow Isles, Kartus , had however, a very bad impact on him. He promised he will do everything for him in order to have her body and now he has to kill people to get him souls and kill more to feed himself. He now, being a creature that lives to fullfill his master dreams (I'm not sure I want to end it like this, but i'll leave it like that; will probably edit it soon and continue it so he can run away and be free of debt).

Abilities Concept

Instead of mana/energy bar,you have stacks bar (easier to see); (Red or Orange)

• Passive: "Arcane Lifedrain/Blood Thirst"?

Isaura stacks up electricity as she moves (max stacks 100), and at 50/35/25 Stacks her next attack or abillity will heal her for 5-15%(+1% per level) of max health.

• **Q: "Thunderbolt" ** Cooldown: (10/9.5/8.5/8/7.5) seconds Range: 1150 Cost: No Cost

Isaura fires an electricity bolt,dealing 60/100/170/230/300 (+30 % ability power) magic damage + 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5/3 damage per stack, and slows the enemy within the area by 10/25/35% for 2/2.5/3 seconds.

• **(Toggle) W: "On the Run" ** Re-toggle: 3 seconds _ Cost:_ 10/25/30/45/50 health per second

Isaura gains 5/10/15/20/25% movement speed ,losing health per second used Isaura replenishes stacks twice as fast while this ability is toggled.

• **(Toggle) E: "Agony" ** _ Re-toggle:_ 4 seconds _ Cost:_ 25/35/45/60/80 health per attack

Isaura's attacks are empowered , dealing 20/30/40/50/60 bonus damage (+10% attack damage) at the expense of her own health.

**R: "Astral Hunting" ** _ Cooldown:_ 100/80/60 Cost: 100/75/50 stacks

Isaura channels the ability then her soul wanders for 15 seconds looking for a champion to possess. Enemy champion control duration: 2/2.5/3 seconds "Can't Touch This" - Isaura's soul is immune to damage , can move through terrain and has increased movement speed (50) "No Food Tonight" - Isaura can return to her body by reactivating this ability. The controlled champion is immune to turret damage. Isaura's soul can't move inside enemy towers radius.
