Ok so Zel is this support who gives his allies amazing support, with great sustain and the ability to roam and craft amazing potions! Without further ado lets get started!

PASSIVE: Your allies are able to perches health potions from you as though you are a shop. At level 3 they can buy refillable potions at level 6 corrupting potions, and level 11 elixirs! Q: Cool down: 12/11/10/9/8 Mana cost 80 You throw out a potion dealing 70/100/130/160/200 (70% AP) and giving a random DE buff to enemy's and a random buff to allies. (will say them all and level scaling if this guide gets 200 views) W: Passive: Randomly around the map ingredients will spawn: Tear of baron in river. Pixie hut in lane. And whenever you kill a netrual monster you have a 1 in 8 chance of getting a dragon scale. You can hold up too 3 of each ingredient! Active: 100 mana 0 cool down You combined to or three ingredients to create a potion. (if I get 200 views I will say the potions) E: 10 second cool down 110/100/90/80/70 mana You target yourself an ally or an enemy. If you target yourself or a ally they heal 50/70/90/110/130 (50% AP) 1/2/3/4/5 permanent health and a 50% move speed buff for 3 seconds. Your enemy's get the opposite effect! R: You and your allies get a special potion that refills upon visiting the shop. It does not take a item slot. It heals for 100/200/300 (100% Ap) and gain 10/20/30 (10% AP) ad for 8 seconds!

I enjoyed this concept. Can you go into further detail regarding ally buffs and enemy de-buffs ? Also the potion types, definitely an amazing idea.

Liking the Passive, but it ties too much into the Ult in my opinion (gain another potion). How does the potion from R not take up any space ? Random buffs and debuffs are really annoying to play with and against, since you can potentially get screwed or really lucky. W is too restrictive in my opinion, since you have to collect items to even use it. How do you decide which to combine?
