Is there any expected time frame this skin will ever be available again? The best I can find is that is was on sale last in 2013 I was hoping to see it in the December sales list but it didn't make the cut.

It should be available once the new Winter skins come out later this patch. Should be within the next week.

She was available last year. She's a really popular one so I'm sure she'll be back again this year.
