Fun Private Gamemode idea

In almost every game I have played, I've always loved to pit different enemies against to each other to see which is the best, it would be cool to see a gamemode that strays from the esports/pvp aspect of league and just lets you have fun. A private match gamemode that allows you to spawn different minions, jungle monsters, gamemode specific minions, and the player controlled minions like tibbers, shaco clone, etc and allow them to be on separate teams. I also feel like it would be cool to put in a command that instantly levels you up and gives you money to mess around with new builds without getting your teammates aggravated and testing things out simply. Something like this could be really amusing, helpful and even a way for riot to experiment with new minions & monsters.
