Riot, I'd love the ability to gift skin shards to friends

Hey there Riot,

I never really ask for anything because I feel like you guys do a splendid job with maintaining and adding amazing features to this game. I was hoping that maybe you would consider allowing a player to gift like a skin shard they obtained to another player. I mean, think about it for a sec. You play a great game with a stranger and you want to thank him for his kindness on a champ he is learning. Or let's say you have a wife that loves to play a certain champion and all you want to do is show her that you appreciate the hell out of her on and off the rift. I know this would open the floodgates to other situations but sometimes you want to be somewhat selfless without necessarily digging deep into your own pockets. I think a gesture like this would further help maintain a non toxic community and create a new path for player empathy. Heck, it may even boost the sales of chest and keys. Anywho, thanks for hearing me out, Riot. Stay classy.
