Championship Riven Re-release Idea

We already know that Championship Riven is being re-released, and to my knowledge Riot is simply looking for something that will give the people who own Championship Riven proof that they owned it first, a testament to the original rarity of it.

SO, with that said, here's my idea:

Make a chroma pack for CS Riven, changing her blue color to one of three others (i'd prefer Green, Red and maybe White) and only release that Chroma to people who owned the skin before it was re-released. This would allow people who already own it, like myself, to still have something that no one else can, while giving people a chance to at least get CS Riven.
