Jhin is a special kind of ADC and i think a exclusive skin especially hextech will fit really well with him as a champion. He is also in need of a blue color scheme for his kit and hextech skin line can really fit the theme perfectly and would be awesome to see. =)

Hextech skins are reserved for old champions. Although Hextech Jhin would be undoubtedly spectacular, it'll be a long time before he's considered for one.
