Champions in LOL

I've been playing LOL for a year now and I've seen that there are a bunch of champs but not enough not only me but almost everyone on my friend list too (127) people want to see more champs also what would improve the game more and have more people playing is reworking champs that aren't being played a lot like Riot did with sion Quinn for example she is very underrated but her e and q are what makes her strong i recommend reworking her Ult she stays in Bird form but her E can leap to them do damage and stun that would make Quinn more usable. Thats what i think from playing almost 500 games with Quinn. Not only Quinn but I feel there are more champs that need to get buffed up and some need to get nerfed.
