[Champion Concept] Varkas, The Guardian of Time

So I thought of quite an interesting (to me) concept for a champion after I looked into some Greek mythology.

Basically, Varkas would draw some aspects of the God/Titan called Atlas, who carries the weight of the celestial spaces on his back in the form of a giant globe.

Except he carries the weight of time in the form of also a massive glowing time orb on his back. He should also look kinda icy and Freljord-y since I want his backstory to begin there.

Lore: Varkas was once a glorified barbarian king before the Freljord was split into 3. His orders were absolute as he led his troops into battle with utmost confidence, and every time he returned bloodied but victorious. As his time in the world came to a close he fled into the winter cold despite his frail old body. Not wanting anyone to see him in his weakened state, he decided to die alone in the cold, if it means he retained his dignity towards himself. Soon, an old man (Zilean) came to pass by, his eyes radiated his youth but yet his body was obviously old as well. "You seem distressed, brother, what seems to be the problem?" said the old man as he extended his hand to help the aged Varkas to his feet. Through tears eyes he told the old man about his failing age and his soon to be lost life. The old man offered salvation. From time, from aging, from certain death. Varkas accepted the offer with great anticipation, the thought of eternal youth clouded his mind and he lost his rationality. He accepted. His body suddenly felt lighter, more energetic, but then it came. A crushing weight pressed on his shoulder, a giant glass ball was to be seen on his back, it started to glow and the weight intensified as the light did so too. "This is the price for immortality" and the old man vanished. Cursed or blessed to wander the lands of Runterra for years to come, Varkas embarks on his quest to search for the old man responsible for his painful eternal life and reverse it, hopefully finally being able to find peace in the afterlife, a quest that eventually led him to the League.

The playstyle I thought of for him is to make him a very tanky champ that has quite some cc and must be focused on first or else he's totally crazy later in a team fight, giving teammates a leading advantage at the start.

So the abilities are as follows: (Passive) Burden of Time: Varkas gains increased Armor and Magic Resist for each second he remains in battle. (Stacks up to 3 times max) [2 every 5 seconds, +1 per level]

(Q) Time Slip: Varkas slams his globe on a target opponent, slowing and dealing damage. [50/75/100/125 +65% AP dmg] [20/30/40/50% Slow for 0.75 seconds]

(W) Chronology: Varkas gains a rapidly decaying shield equal to his current health and freezes all units within a 250 unit radius. The freeze persists until the shield decays. [20/25/30/35% current health] [Shield decays at 35/30/25/20% per second]

(E) Momentum: Varkas swings and launches himself upward with his heavy globe, landing while damaging and stunning enemies in the area for 0.5 seconds. [70/90/110/130 +50% AP damage]

(R) Tyrant Unleashed: Varkas drops globe and refreshes all other cooldowns (items included) and gains a flat amount of health with additional AP for an amount of time. [300/500/700 flat HP] [20/30/40% increased AP] [3/5/7 {+3% AP} second duration]

If that sounds kinda OP, the way to counter him is simple. Engage him while slightly scattered so the entire team won't get frozen and can deplete his shield to start damaging his raw health.

Tell me what you think about him, thanks!

Hmm, that sounds oddly familiar with an existing champion (Ekko). Ability wise I mean. Btw, abilites normally have 5 levels, not 4.
