Thinking up concepts for new things for khazix's abilities :D(mostly R though)

I like that maybe we can give his R a small damage buff thats passive and make the passive stronger if he evolves R. this way he's good late game Atm his late game is weak, this is where I'm focused. Not his early game. I think his 1-13 is very good for where hes at.
