Alien Invader Heimerdinger rework idea

Hi, I would like to move on to a skin Heimerdinger, and actually Alien Invader Heimerdinger. Imo it is quite outdated skin called legendary. Completely different from modern skins such as Infernal Nasus, not to mention the likes of skins Project Ashe or guardian Star Jinx. I'm curious what you think about the suggested rework for the skin. I realize that a lot of skins would require rework, but I would like to draw attention to the fact that the skin does not change sounds, animations, or "keys" of animation autoattack, which throws.
