Garbo can fly around the map giving him a unique advantage in comparison with other champions.

Abilities-

Q- Schleba hebah Garbo will target a champ at random on the enemy team and suffocate them doing massive amounts of damage.

W- Heba Schlebs Garbo will fly into another game (of the same respective game mode) and cause chaos from the skies down upon both teams.

E- Heba Heba Schleba Heba Garbo will shoot random pieces of garbage out which can damage the enemy team as well as aid your allies. To allies the "garbage" will be tasty treats that restore hp depending on Garbo's E level. Enemies will see the "garbage" as poison rotten food that can prove deadly if stepped upon.

R- The Schleba Garbo will call upon his inner power to summon all champions into a inter dimensional realm where the enemy champions are subjected to various forms of damage.

Dude, should really be abilities like

Q: Garbo Newb Feeder; Garbo jumps to the nearest enemy champion and stuns him self.

W: Garbo Roam Attempt; Garbo can teleport globally to gank any lane, this cannot be interrupted while it channels, and upon arrival Garbo stuns himself as well as the nearest ally if they are not winning their lane hard and good enough to avoid being baited by Garbo's roam.

E: Garbo Objective Control; Garbo provides a passive buff in 2,500 range that increases the enemy team's damage to towers, dragon, and baron, by 10/20/30/40/50%, as well as increasing the smite damage of all enemy players by 2,000. Garbo's E passive continues to provide this buff in the area around his corpse after he dies, but the increase is doubled if Garbo is providing this buff while in death chamber.

R: Garbo Team Fight; Garbo teleports 3k range ahead of his teammates toward the enemy then stuns himself, resets his gold value to the maximum bounty bonus, and increases all damage dealt to him by 50/100/150%

Alternative option for Garbo Team Fight: Garbo can activate his R to throw his team at the enemy kalista ulti style. This cannot be refused or avoided by teammates, and the team is stunned for 3 seconds on arrival at enemies, as well as having armor and magic resist reduced to 0. During this time Garbo is teleported to the team fight and is invulnerable for 3 seconds while spamming both laugh and dance on the corpses of his team.
