Just A Few Different Ideas
The first one is pretty minor: frequently after unlocking something new, that golden notification dot over the collection tab keeps popping back up, even after I've checked it out. It would be neat if this no longer happened.
Second can be pretty frustrating and damaging to play: when changing runes in the secondary tree, what SHOULD happen is that the only runes that change are the ones you click on. When selecting one from a different level, you get stuck with that one and an entirely different rune from a different level. Sometimes, Riot, we do other things while waiting to get into games, and don't always fix our runes right away- and with this SNAFU you could get sent into a game totally wrong-footed and unequipped to play your champ the way you intended to.
Third is a change to Fiddlesticks' E. While I would love to see it removed from the game entirely, I have an idea for a slight change to make it a bit less frustrating: once it has silenced an enemy champion, it can't silence them again from that cast of Dark Wind; and perhaps it could deal marginally increased damage to targets Fiddlesticks has silenced or terrified to make up for that.
Fourth is a couple changes to Static Field, Blitzcrank's ultimate. Even Dark Wind is technically fair, but not this. The first and most important change is increasing the cooldown(baseline and 100% bias free Static Field just does too much too often), not so much at rank one but definitely by a couple dozen seconds or so at ranks two and three. The second would be an indicator and brief delay before it goes off- a blaring alarm and Blitzcrank glowing bright red for a moment, perhaps(literally every other AoE nuke ability has an indicator or chance to dodge). Third would be to eliminate the passive effect while Mana Shield is active(no longer with excess energy), and to trim a bit of the base power from ranks two and three, and maybe increase the AP scaling a tiny bit to compensate for that(rewarding AP builds without giving 100% passive and free waveclear). Fourth would be a decrease to the AP scaling ratio of the active, maybe by a sixth or fifth but at least by an eighth(to not make full AP builds as disgusting as they currently are). Then, the silence effect might be extended for a brief bit, and Overdrive's cooldown lowered slightly while the active is available.
Well, that's all for now. I might have a champion concept idea soon, but I have a few other things I want to work on first.
