Muricazir?

So I was imagining a skin where Azir has the head of a bald eagle, and he is dressed in George Washington's uniform. His sand soldiers can have assault rifles with bayonets, and they collapse into stars and stripes upon expiration. His ut can be an American border with an electric fence, and his recall animation would be his soldiers posing behind him as they all salute.
