Request A Blocking List Feature for each player

I suggest every player should have an option to block any other players to be in the his team. A player should be able to have a blocking list which include the names of other players that he does not want to play with. It is similar to the telephone do-not-call list. Can Riot implement this feature? It will enhance the play experience of all players.

Implementation of this feature would destroy ranked at higher ELOs, because the player base at that level is small enough that if would be incredibly easy to effectively choose your team every time by blocking everyone else.

Riot already released their reasoning.

It is abuse able, because you could cherry pick who you are with/against.
It slows down queue times at higher MMR.
