@Meddler I have questions about the champion development team

Hello Community and rioteers! :) I constantly come up with ideas for champions and flesh them out to being how they would affect the meta and even seeing how people would and could use them in new and interesting ways. SO, instead of just posting them to the forum where they shall be lost forever, I want to know how i turn this into a reality. These few questions are meant for the riot champion development team, but for anyone with the knowledge about it is always welcome to answer!!! :)

1. How did you guys first get onto the development team? I understand some have been on the team since the beginning of League, but who do you look for when trying to add people to your development team?

2. If a person like me is looking to get into the field like creating champions and the like, what should I look into or focus on to find a career in this field?

3. i understand that champion designs are very confidential and well thought out, but I am legitimately curious about how much the open forums have an influence on a design of a champion.
