Salvadore, The Elemental Rescue

Salvadore is an AD/AP Hybrid melee fighter, who uses elemental orbs as both forms of defense and offense. His passive is sword breaker; Salvadore wields a machete type sword with deep key grooves on the back blade. Every 4th basic attack on sal he will catch his attackers weapon and break it, making them miss every basic attack for the next 4 seconds. Note: Salvadores Q, W and E all have a double active but only after R is achieved. His q is the ember orb. On first active Salvadores blade becomes engulfed in flames dealing true damage based off salvadores bonus attack damage over 3 seconds. On second active, Salvadore summons the flames upon his blade into an Elemental that will fight for him for 10 seconds dealing magic splash damage and damage over time to all enemies hit. His W is the ice orb. On first active his sword freezes and slows enemies on hit for 3 seconds. On second active the frost on his blade becomes an elemental that fights for him dealing ranged magic damage to all enemies and slowing in a radius for 6 seconds. His W is the lightning orb. On first active a powerful bolt of lightning surges thru his blade dealing chain magic damage to the 5 closest enemies on the next 4 hits. On second active, the electricity leaps from his sword becoming an elemental that dashes to nearby enemies stunning them for 1 second (prioritizing champions) and dealing magic damage for 8 seconds. His R simply allows him to use the elementals. On active Salvadore can choose which of his elements he wishes to bring to life, 10 second cooldown. Apart of making little sense (how is this supposed to work on ranged champions ?) his passive isn't really a healhy design, since you only affect AS dependant champions, but punish them hard without giving them counterplay.

Q: item 3068 W: item 3022 E: item 3087 Summoning pets is already Yoricks role and I don't see how his kit makes sense thematically.

All of your the abilities that have CC have it last far too long. The longest blind in the game currently is 1.5 seconds but that is on an active ability not a passive. If this character had at least 1.0 atk spd then they could permanently remove an enemies auto-attack from the game (Blind duration is 4 seconds and 1 attack per second = trigger the passive in 4 seconds, see?)

This is my reworked passive: On every fourth basic attack Salvador will use his sword-catcher to disarm the enemy causing them to miss their next basic attack. This effect lasts until the enemy attacks or until 4 seconds have passed. This effect can only effect the same target once in a 4 second period.

As an aside I think sword-catchers are cool and the idea behind the passive is actually really neat. You just need a nudge away from the abuse case scenario your version of the passive creates.

The CC duration is too high on the rest of the abilities but I have nothing else really to say about them. They're all things we've seen before just a bit stronger and not particularly compelling uses of the involved mechanics.
