Champion Permanent Loot

I got keys and opened chests, got 3 champion shards, rerolled to a champion permanent and was under the mistaken impression that if the permanent was a champion I did not like, I could disenchant it. I got Fiora and she was automatically added to my owned champions with no option to NOT own her. I do not want to own her. I do not want her to pop up on ARAM when she's not on rotation. I hate her. I did not choose to purchase her and I'll never do the champion shard reroll into permanent ever again now that I know this can happen. Is there any way she can be deleted from my owned champions?

Submit a ticket. But honestly what did you excpect ? When you spend essence to make something permanent it also gets straight into your champion pool.
