About fan Artwork policy / I need 5 min to have a look on my art pls.

Hello! My name is Tibi. I'm a young artist from Romania. I love to draw and create diferent things, and after a lot of hard works I've combined my spray paint techniques with some inspiration from League. Now, after I get a final product, I realised that If someone like what I do and want to buy something, I can't sell without PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. I'm not 100% sure that's what I need but I want to heara your opinions

All what I've made are pieces inspired from reality(the form of roles icons), nothing copied, just stylized and improved by me.

I've read Legal Jibber Jabber where s all about this Intellectual Property and that discussion. I think that my artwork is a little bit different and that's why I need your help. If you have some minutes to look on the site and tell me what you think. I really want to share that sort of art with players what value it.

I don't really know about copyright law details, but I saw all over deviantart, etsy and other places that people sell necklaces with those symbols or silhouettes of characters from LoL, they sell plushies made by them and pillows, daimakuras, stickers and buttons of LoL characters drawn by them, figurines sculpted by them. You can find nearly everything. You can buy even hoodie with Xayah ears sewn to it, hats with Teemo and Gnar ears etc. Of course you can find also posters with LoL characters or some other stuff from LoL but dawn by fans. It exists from ages and it seems LoL doesn't hunt those people wherever it is legal or not. They just try to offer things of their own, since people want to buy this kind of stuff. You can even see from time to time people asking here, on this forum, if Rito could sell big A0-size posters of spash arts of their characters, if Rito could sell music they make on discs or some other things.

So you are a fair man for even asking Rito if you could sell your work with symbols made by them. To really know the answer, it would be good to call some employee of Rito who would know about their policy and stuff. They could even want to buy those works from you, sell it together in their shop or even hire you. You would never know, Rito sometimes is amazing if it comes to their creative fans.
