Shen Legendary Vu! and scaling changes

I think Shen Deserves this he's isn't really a true ninja right now. This Nemesis "Zed" Is one of the most played Assasins in LoL while he's a random tank. its like I think he should have equal power to his brother and be someone that can at least deal damage too i say make shen a Bruiser!

Q: People Marked get true dmg from shens basic attacks. W: active for (What Riot Decides) Seconds. If shen is attacked while skill is active his next basic attack dose Bouns (What Riot Decides) Dmg. E: Keep Same. Add A Bad Ass Ninja Spin Animation! R: I wouldent know how to change this or if i think it should even be changed at all it think that this makes shen Unique and he should keep this skill but its all up to you please consider!! <3 <3 I love LoL and Shen! Would Love to make him cooler!
