Spectating Page on the Home Screen??

What ever happened to the spectating mode that was usually at the bottom right corner of the home page??

I wish there was a section were you can spectate games by tier or champion for ranked games, because usually people play more serious in ranked. Most times I like to watch the random games to see how others play a champ I see in the preview and look at their build paths, etc. Players can learn much more especially if we are able to watch the higher tier games. Has anybody else wondered about this? I truly want Riot to implement some kind of spectating page on the home page.

Is there some way we can contact Riot and see if they would do this?? I'm new to the forums, so I'm not aware if there is any way we can.
