The Joke's over its time we rework Taric.

Taric has become an icon recently because well... He's terrible. Aesthetically, Functionally, Usefulness, hes terrible at all of these. His Q heals for like nothing on allied champs and its only use is on yourself and late game it doesn't even do much for you. His W does terrible damage and it's utility isn't good enough to spend the time to learn to use it. His E's stun pale's in comparison to like every other stun in game, and even when he gets tanky late game...he's not THAT tanky. Taric is a useless champion, a hideous champion like im sorry Riot but he needs to be updated lol, he's ugly. This is wouldnt even be that difficult make Taric look more like a Blightstone Varus Skin with the Ruby's seemingly growing off him, I mean if done right... that could be cool. Pls Riot end the joke that is
