Dr. Gnar and Mr Mega

A skin for where in mini form he has a bowler or a top hat instead of his boomerrang, has a suit and tie with a pocket watch and possiblly walks with a cane? and in Mega form his clothes are a little torn up. for the recall on mini he could either be working with potions at a desk or maybe sitting while drinking tea and mega form he looks around and drinks more of the potion that makes him turn. When his W procs in mini or while he has some sort of speed boost he could run around while holding his hat on his head and cane tucked under his arm.
