New Item for Towers

So I've been thinking about an item for towers that would probably make the 
more meta. The simple answer or idea to this is that we need an item that will increase the towers DPS, I was thinking something that makes them shoot twice as fast. Maybe "Ohmdefender" ?. Also I was thinking the Omhwrecker needs a small rework, because as of now the only viable champions that will buy this item are tanks/Bruisers, I think it should be meant for AD's or someone like Yasuo/Riven.
Omhwrecker Rework - Item meant for sieging enemy bases.
Build Path : $875g 
$1200g + 
$800g + 
Total Gold $2875g + $125g = $3000g
Stats : +30 Damage +10% CDR + 30% Critical Strike +300 HP
Passives : SAME AS THEY ARE NOW.
Omhdefender - Item meant for defending a base against a siege. (CANNOT be used if Ohmwrecker is active, Ohmwrecker CANNOT disable this effect)
Build Path : $900g 
$400g + 
$800g + Total Gold : $2100g + $400g = $2500g
Stats: All the current of except HP that would be 300 + the extra 150 which makes 450 HP.
Passives : Unique Active - Sets a anti siege field around targeted ally tower granting double the firepower for X amount of seconds.
Unique Passive - Same as current
