Champion Concept (Astromo, The Storms Surge)

2.) Introduction So as many of you may know there is 3 mins type of elementalist fire (brand, annie) ice (anivia, nunu) and Electrical. Now as i see it there is a pattern in elementalist in league of legends, a mage who manipulates the energy, and beings forged of the element. For alot every element in league of legends there is 2 beings that use it for example brand is forged of fire where as annie manipulates it. This ruler applies for fire, ice, arcane energy, posion. For Electrical energy kennen manipulates it.however there are no beings that are forged of Electrical energy, i decided to fill that hope with Astromo the storms surge.
3.) Overview Astromo is a Electrical mage, not to be confused with a arcane mage, He uses CC to out damage his opponents. I have come up with some possible ability ideas however if you think something is too strong or to weak be free to let me know.
4.) Abilities Passive- Speedster- By using abilities Astromo builds Momentum creating stacking additional movement, these stacks can be discharged by using a basic abilities with increased range based on stacks consumed or Level.
-- Q Ability- Shock- Astromo send out a skill shot ability dealing AP dmg and Stuns and enemy for 1.5 seconds, furthermore this ability can stun another enemy in radius of the target prioritising champions, 75% damadge is deal to the second target (only hit 2 targets)
-- W Ability- Impulse- Passive- every third basic attack Astromo empowers a basic attack dealing a small % of his AP as magic dmg. Active- Astromo send a targeted orb towards his target dealing minimal AP dmg, On impact it slows the enemy by 40% for 2 seconds. it also has the potential to increase and stuns duration by up to 50% for the duration of the slow
-- E Ability- Blink- after a 1.5 second cast time Astromo Uses Electrical force to blinks to target location
-- R Ability- Blackout- Stroma Channels his power and releases a Surge of electrical energy in a wide radius dealing high damage to enemies closer to higher damage to enemy's closer to him and inflicting a slow on enemy's further away
5.) Role and Playstyle Astromo is most affective when played as a cast bruiser, much like vladamere or ryze. He can be played as a bruiser in top lane or support in bout lane. He synergises well with Ash, Jinx, Amumu, taric. Astromo is strong against most assassins as he can CC.
