New Champion Ideas

I have a ton of cool ideas for new champs. I have no pics yet but I have the names,lane position,and type.

First of I have Yherfrost (yerfrost) the freljords master. He would be a top laner He would have a bulky design with a awesome blade like the infinity edge except more blue with some added effects. His Q would be Frosty Torment which will slow all enemies that it hits with a blast of icy wind doing magic damage. His W would be Icicle Crash which would bring down heavy icicles that deal damage and slowing the enemy.
His E would be Blistering Storm which would make a blizzard swirl around Yherfrost and give him a stun at close range along with bonus attack. Lastly his R would be Freljords Might which would make his speed,attack,and attack speed boost by 50% for 30 seconds. Well thats my first champion idea and I am still working on a design.
