Old Fiora was a R bot. Essentially, you'd pick Fiora for her ultimate, not the champion itself. That ability was toxic, thus why it was changed. I'm fine without it.
Riot wouldn't rework a champion just to bring the old one back along side the rework. They removed old Fiora for a reason.
Besides, their thematics would clash and cause clarity issues.

The new Fiora plays nobody or only very rarely. Personally, I do not like your new design, looks like a robot and jumps when Fiora runs.
