Inactive Players / Name Change

Hey! I was going to change my in game name, because the name i have now is spelled incorrectly and the fact that i use a different name on all my other games and chatting services and such (Discord, Steam, Youtube, Twitch and stuff like that). Now, the name i use in all my other games is "Colt" so this is what people know me by. Now, i was gonna change my name to "Colt" on League aswell, but i found out that it is currently taken by an inactive, low level account. Seeing as he is low level and inactive, my thoughts is that he either quit league early, or that this is someones old account. So, since he hasnt played in over 4 months, why shouldnt i be able to take his name? IMO, riot should implement a feature that changes your name to something like "User 23134" or something like that for accounts that hasnt played for a long time. But, when that account logged on again after, say 2 years (i know thats a lot but its just an example) they would get a free name change and an explanation for why their name got changed. This would really help me and im sure it would benefit other players aswell. Thanks for taking your time to read this :D
