How are they Conqueror skins chosen? Is it based off performance from an LCS split or overall game influence, or is it chosen at random?

For me it's overall pro play influence since both Karma and Varus were meta for a long time before getting the conqueror skin.

Im pretty sure conquerors are based on who Riot thinks will do well.

Hence the old name challenger.

A completely serious, totally legit question for Riot.
