Not really. They just took Miss Fortune's skin and slapped it on Lux. If you notice, every Arcade skin has a sub-theme to set them apart from the other Arcade skins.
i will loved to see that skin because i love lux and i only play lux so i want something cool to her also is a very good skin PLS ADD THIS SKIN
