New Urf Substitute?

Hey Rito, I know you guys don't usually take suggestions from any old player, but I'm just here to offer my idea -

We just had URF for a bit again, and it inspired me - what if next April fools there would be FRU - instead of Ultra Rapid Fire, it would be Feeling Really Useless, or something along those lines.

My idea for this gamemode is the everyone has super short cooldowns, but all damage and healing would be cut down by a lot, so that even with all the spamming it takes forever to kill.

I'm not sure how easy this would be to make and balance, but I'm sure a lot of people would really like it.

oh you must be talking about NURF i do not know what it stands for but it is the opposite of URF where cooldowns and mana costs are long and high the community has been begging to play this sense it was first shown.
